How To Join MTF?

Registration of New Members and Ways of paying fees

• The membership fees is RM 35(Membership card and a T-shirt).
• New members would need to sign up their application forms and include one passport size photos in their application.
• New members would have to register with the Contact Persons via e-mail, or mailing address.
• Membership fees are payable to us through bank draft or directly banking in to our Maybank account, or mailing Wang pos / Bank draft to contact person.

Rules & Regulation

1. Free Membership
2. Compulsory to purchase Club shirt (RM30) and Membership Card (RM5)
3. Fill in Registration Form, 1 Passport size photo. Register via e-mail or mailing address.
4. All Payment are payable to our said treasurer’s name through Wang Pos or directly banking into our Maybank account, then SMS inform our Contact Persons.
5. Eligibility to attend official functions (ie, When artist are in town or when trips are made overseas to see them as a club) under Fans-tasy Entertainment, Function Fees minimum charge RM5, ONLY FOR ATTENDANCE.

It's compulsory to bring along the membership card when attending any functions or activities that held by the club. With the membership card, members are able to get various benefits from club.
